The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations within the Plastic Shop. This role ensures strict adherence to production schedules, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership & Production Management: Supervise daily operations to consistently achieve output, quality, and efficiency targets. Monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Handle and resolve real-time shop-floor issues, escalations, and process deviations to minimize downtime.
- Quality, Safety, and Compliance: Enforce rigorous compliance with safety practices, 5S methodologies, and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with the Quality department to maintain high product standards and reduce scrap/rework.



Ensure the shop floor remains a safe, organized, and high-functioning workplace.
- Strategic Coordination & Reporting: Act as the central point of contact for Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Logistics to ensure seamless material flow and equipment uptime. Prepare and present comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports to senior leadership. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, Lean) to optimize operational excellence.
- Team Development & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and coach team members to enhance technical skills and overall performance. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and professional growth.
