Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of compelling visual content that strengthens our brand identity and supports marketing, admissions, corporate communications, and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, excellent creative thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality visual designs for both digital and print media.
- Develop creative campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Design brochures, flyers, banners, social media creatives, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, digital, admissions, and other departments to deliver impactful creative solutions.
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.




- Create engaging designs for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Review and approve artwork before production or publication.
- Mentor and guide junior graphic designers and interns.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, photographers, and external agencies when required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, typography, color theory, and emerging creative technologies.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a quick-paced setting.
- Ensure all creative assets meet quality standards and organizational branding requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 5-8+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital design work.
