Company Description
The Opto-Electronic Materials & Device (OEMD) Lab at the Department of Physics, School of Natural Sciences, Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence, focuses on next-generation devices at the intersection of optoelectronics, 2D materials, and neuromorphic engineering. Led by Dr. Subhrajit Mukherjee, the lab investigates light–matter interactions, ferroelectric transistors, liquid metal-oxide printed electronics, and dielectric/2D-material interfaces. These research areas support the development of advanced smart sensors, in-memory computing architectures, and autonomous systems. The team currently includes Ph.D. scholars and undergraduate students working collaboratively on cutting-edge projects in a research-driven environment.

Role Description
The Junior Research Fellow will support ongoing and new research projects in optoelectronic materials and device physics in a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Daily responsibilities include designing and conducting experiments, fabricating and characterizing devices, and analyzing data related to 2D materials,



ferroelectric transistors, and printed electronics. The role involves performing literature reviews, preparing technical reports, maintaining lab records, and contributing to research publications and presentations. The Junior Research Fellow will collaborate with Ph.D. scholars, faculty, and students, assist in the operation and maintenance of research equipment, and actively participate in group meetings and discussions.
