AI Operations Specialist

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with leadership to identify opportunities for AI implementation across departments.
- Design and build AI-powered workflows using platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT and other leading AI tools.
- Create repeatable systems for recruitment, research, operations, marketing, administration, and internal knowledge management.
- Develop prompt libraries, SOPs, templates, and AI playbooks for company-wide use.
- Evaluate and implement no-code/low-code automation tools where appropriate.
- Stay ahead of developments within the AI ecosystem and recommend practical applications for the business.
- Continuously optimise workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.

What We're Looking For
- Exceptional spoken and written English.




- Strong experience with AI platforms.
- Experience building AI workflows for business operations.
- Curious, commercially minded, and excited by solving problems.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
- Able to explain complex AI concepts in a simple, practical way.
- Highly organised with excellent documentation skills.
