Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Building Management Systems Engineer. The engineer will design, configure, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS)



for data-centre and critical infrastructure facilities, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system performance, diagnosing and resolving BMS-related issues, and coordinating with MEP and facility teams to support reliable, energy-effective operations. The role involves creating and updating system documentation, setpoints, alarms, and control strategies, as well as supporting commissioning activities for new facilities and upgrades. The engineer will collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to align building services and facility operations with safety, compliance, and sustainability requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
