Pre-Sales Engineer – Cybersecurity

About the Role

ICT Distribution Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer – Cybersecurity to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team and enterprise customers to design, recommend, and present technology solutions across cybersecurity, cloud, networking, virtualization, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution workshops.
- Provide pre-sales technical support throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with technology vendors and internal teams for solution validation, pricing, and technical support.




- Maintain customer opportunities and activities using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity, cloud, networking, virtualization, and enterprise IT technologies.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- Cybersecurity Solutions
- Enterprise Servers & Storage
- Networking
- Virtualization
- Cloud Technologies
- IT Infrastructure
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.
