Luxoft is expanding its Appian team in India, and we're looking for enthusiastic junior developers to join high-caliber project teams serving our reputed global clientele. You'll work on digital transformation initiatives - designing and delivering process automation solutions using the Appian platform's up-to-date capabilities including Data Fabric, AI-powered decision-making, Records-first architecture, and connected integrations. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers across domains like Energy, BFSI, Healthcare, and Supply Chain, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world automation challenges at scale.

Responsibilities

You'll work on the entire delivery lifecycle from whiteboard to production.

Key Responsibilities include:





Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Appian application designs

Design and build process models, SAIL interfaces, records, expression rules, and integrations

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain Appian applications

including enhancements to existing apps built for our enterprise clients

Integrate Appian with third-party systems via Web APIs, connected systems, and document management platforms

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA engineers in Agile delivery teams

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes

Follow Appian best practices for performance, security, and maintainability

You won't just write code — you'll shape how business processes run.
Skills

Must have

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field from an accredited institution.

Appian Development (0-3 years) : Hands-on exper
