Role & responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair Fryer, Dosa Matic, and other Equipment Perform routine maintenance and servicing
- Provide technical support to customers and dealers
- Install current equipment
- Maintain service records and reports

Preferred candidate profile
- Mechanical / electrical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Fryer, Filtration, holding chamber, and electronics
- Field service experience (often involves travel)
- Customer handling skills

Must Skills required
- Install and configure equipment or systems
- Diagnose faults and fix technical issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance
- Support clients onsite or remotely
- Prepare service reports and documentation

Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI / Electrical and B-Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical
- Experience in Kitchen appliance equipment

- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
