Role Description

The Specialist – Talent Acquisition will independently lead end-to-end recruitment for complex, niche, and high-impact roles across corporate functions and manufacturing units.



The role goes beyond transactional hiring to include talent market advisory, digital and process improvements, diversity hiring initiatives, and change support—ensuring superior candidate and stakeholder experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently manage end-to-end hiring for support functions, manufacturing units, and business verticals including Consumer Products, Lighting Solutions, Power Distribution, and Power Transmission.

• Drive closure of niche, critical, and hard-to-fill roles within defined TATs through proactive sourcing and market mapping.

• Use data-driven sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Naukri, IIM Jobs, referrals, consultants, and direct market research.

• Operate multiple talent sourcing tools including internal job posting, employee referral programs, company webpage, recruitment portals, campus placements and recruitment consultants.
