Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in the electrical equipment industry.
- Conduct defect analysis, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain process monitoring plans to ensure efficient production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints related to switchgear products.
Job Requirements :
- 10-17 years of experience in a similar role within the electrical equipment industry.
- Robust understanding of control gear, MCCBs (Motor Control Centers), and other types of switchgear components.
- Proficiency in Defect Analysis techniques such as FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) or DMAIC (Design for Six Sigma).
- Experience working with customers to resolve issues related to product performance or reliability.
