Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for a Customer Support Agent at E-Medix Smart Pharmacy. The Customer Support Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing timely support, resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
