Senior Accountant (US Accounting)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with expertise in US Accounting to manage end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US accounting principles, QuickBooks Online, financial reporting, and taxation. This role requires excellent communication skills as it involves direct client interaction, accounting advisory and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US accounting operations for multiple clients.
- Handle bookkeeping, general ledger, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Manage international accounting operations, including real estate accounting and financial reporting where applicable.
- Prepare and review US tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using QuickBooks Online and other accounting software.




- Analyze financial data and generate reports to support business decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and support junior accounting team members by providing technical guidance and reviewing their work.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounting processes and ensure timely service delivery.
- Stay updated with changes in US accounting standards, taxation laws, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end US Accounting .
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online .
- Valuable understanding of US taxation and tax return preparation is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with international clients.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
