About the Role

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Salesforce Product Owner to join our organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project and Scrum teams to ensure technology initiatives are delivered on time and within scope. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable product strategies and technical implementations. This position offers the opportunity to drive digital transformation initiatives while managing cross-functional teams with competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and own the Salesforce product vision aligned with organizational business objectives and digital transformation goals. Create and maintain a strategic roadmap across Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
- Business Strategy Translation: Translate business strategies into actionable product goals and measurable outcomes that drive business value.




- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across all phases of the project lifecycle. Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to business and IT leadership. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather, validate, and refine requirements.
- Team Leadership & Oversight: Oversee and guide Scrum teams and project teams to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions. Manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts to maintain productivity and morale.
- Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and continuous refinement based on business value, regulatory needs, risk, and technical dependencies. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
