As a part of the Talent, People and Administration team you are responsible for recruiting, scouting, hunting great candidates for building and growing our teams in accordance with the company’s strategy and vision.

Your day to day responsibilities shall encompass:
- Fresher hiring, Campus engagement and recruitment drives
- Lateral hiring, Job posting, application screening, interview scheduling
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other skilled networks
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Keep records of interview process including interview notes, profile related paperwork, etc for reference as needed
- New employee induction, on-boarding and training coordination
- Obtaining consultants, freelancers and temporary staff if and when needed
- Coordinate key team meetings
- Ensure day-to-day smooth functioning of office and taking care of ad-hoc tasks such as travel arrangements, bill-payments, etc
- Apart from the job functions of an HR,



you will be required to ensure that the office functions efficiently on a daily basis. You will be required to ensure the well being of the office, reporting, making purchases for the office, and organizing, executing, and assisting with team activities and logistics (meetings, on-sites/off-sites, and team social events). etc

Experience:
2 to 4 years
