Key Responsibility:
- Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination: Identify, research, and establish connections with recent consultants, government departments, ministries,



and other relevant stakeholders to support project objectives and organizational partnerships.
- Project Documentation Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized project records, ensuring all documents are properly filed, accessible, and compliant with organizational requirements.
- Document Preparation & Administration: Prepare, scan, print, organize, and manage project-related documents, reports, presentations, approvals, and correspondence for smooth project execution.
- Government Project Support: Coordinate and provide administrative and operational support for government projects by assisting with documentation, communication, scheduling, and liaison activities.
- Follow-up & Communication: Ensure timely follow-up with consultants, government officials, vendors, and internal stakeholders to track project progress, obtain approvals, and facilitate effective coordination.
