About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Purchasing Manager / Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement operations for our growing international retail business. This is a key leadership role responsible for supplier negotiations, inventory planning, cost optimisation, and managing a purchasing team with direct exposure to both domestic and international sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end purchase cycle demand planning, purchase order creation, supplier delivery tracking,



and invoice reconciliation
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and service agreements with domestic and international suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure consistent product availability and prevent stockouts
- Track supplier performance (On-Time Delivery), resolve supply issues, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with Inventory, Warehouse, Finance, Logistics, and Product teams to support supply chain efficiency
- Maintain accurate purchasing records across ERP and purchasing platforms
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and supplier consolidation
- Ensure compliance with purchasing SOPs and internal controls
- Lead, mentor, and set priorities for the purchasing team; monitor departmental KPIs
- Prepare weekly/monthly purchasing reports, supplier performance reviews, and management dashboards
