About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented User Experience Designer to join our in office team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in design thinking, user research, visual design, UX design, and prototyping, with a passion for creating seamless and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.

Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex design challenges.

Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes to visualize user experiences.

Design engaging UI/UX solutions that align with brand guidelines and product requirements.

Collaborate closely with clients, managers,



developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.

Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.

Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for multiple devices and platforms.

Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Must-Have Skills
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of UX design principles and user-centered design.

Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and design tools (Figma etc.)

Good understanding of visual design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.

Good-to-Have Skills
Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies and design projects.
