Role Description

The Product Marketer at WeLaunch is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for positioning and messaging WeLaunch’s services, collaborating with product and sales teams to translate offerings into clear value propositions, and creating go-to-market plans for new services and campaigns.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor research, defining target segments and buyer personas, developing sales enablement materials, and partnering with the marketing team to support webinars, content, and outbound campaigns. The Product Marketer will analyze performance data, refine messaging and offers based on insights, and ensure consistent brand communication across digital channels and customer touchpoints.

Qualifications
- Strong Go-to-Market Strategy and Product Management skills, with experience in positioning, messaging, and launching products or services.
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and data-driven decision-making, including tracking campaign performance and optimizing for pipeline and revenue.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
