CNS - TC - CYBER SECURITY :

Your key responsibilities

1. Security Pune | Security PMO, IAM qualified | Con/ Scon (Rohit)

We are looking for a security PMO personnel with exposure to IAM and other security technologies, at Scon level preferably, with 6+ yrs (4 roles) and 7 + yrs (1 role) experience, below is the JD for same.

Location: Pune/ Blr- On site from client location, hybrid working (3 days a week)

Project Manager Infrastructure Security

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree (Graduate/Postgraduate)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CPM certification preferred (not mandatory)

Experience Required
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, including:
- Managing complex infrastructure projects involving multiple cross-functional teams
- Exposure to Information Security, Data Protection, IAM (Identity Access Management), or PAM (Privileged Access Management) projects is an advantage

Core Responsibilities Skills
- Plan, manage,



and deliver infrastructure and security projects end-to-end
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project
- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and issue resolution

Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- User credential onboarding
- Authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Familiarity with platforms such as:
- Active Directory
- LDAP
- Databases
- Mainframe systems

Tools Technologies
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Microsoft Project
- SharePoint
- Visio
- Experience with:
- Project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps preferred)
- Clarity PPM (project tracking and forecasting)
- Software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

Key Competencies
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
