Nodex Technologies is looking for a passionate and experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join our growing ERP implementation team.

Experience Required

2+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP (Community/Enterprise)

Experience in implementation, configuration, user training, and functional support

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze client business requirements.

Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules.

Coordinate with technical developers and business users.

Conduct user training, UAT, and post-go-live support.

Prepare functional documentation and project reports.

Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Lead implementation activities and coordinate project teams.





Support branch operations and assist in project management when required.

Required Skills

Strong functional knowledge of Odoo ERP.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong team management and leadership skills.

Effective time management and task prioritization.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Branch operations or team leadership experience will be an added advantage.
