Job Summary
Advanced Health is looking for a qualified BHMS Doctor to join our Pune team as a Medical Health Counselor. The role involves telephonic patient counselling, follow-up, treatment guidance, and coordination with the medical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic counselling for new and existing patients.
- Patient counselling and Enrollment of new patient in different treatment plan according to need and requirment of patients and their respective disease
- Follow up with patients regarding their treatment plan and progress.
- Explain treatment protocols and resolve patient queries.
- Coordinate with senior doctors and internal departments for patient care.
- Maintain patient records and update CRM regularly.
- Schedule consultations and ensure timely communication with patients.
- Build strong patient relationships through skilled counselling.
- Achieve daily and monthly patient follow-up targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company SOPs.
Eligibility
- Qualification: BHMS (Mandatory)
- Valid medical registration preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in patient counselling or teleconsultation will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong counselling and patient handling skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and teamwork.
