Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account information.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or equivalent.



Graduation is not mandatory.
- Good English communication skills (written and basic spoken) are mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
