About The Role
This is not a traditional FP&A; or reporting role.

As Lead Business Finance, you will serve as the finance business partner to the business leadership team, helping shape the commercial and strategic direction of the company.





You will own the financial architecture that supports growthbuilding scalable frameworks for profitability, capital allocation, planning, commercial decision-making and business performance across SuperK's omnichannel ecosystem.

You will work closely with leaders across Operations, Category, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology and Expansion to ensure every major business decision is financially sound, scalable and aligned with long-term value creation.

What You'll Own
- Co-own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, and business performance reviews.
