Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram, focused on lithium battery and energy storage solutions. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, build and manage a sales pipeline, and conduct client meetings and presentations for robotics, drone, and related industrial applications. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer technical requirements,



coordinating with the engineering and production teams on solutions and pricing, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, gathering market intelligence, and supporting business development efforts through participation in events, demos, and site visits. The Sales Executive will also maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and CRM updates while working toward defined revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in batteries, energy storage, electronics, or industrial products.
- Ability to understand and explain basic technical concepts related to lithium batteries, supercapacitors, and applications in robotics and drones.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
