Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing interior spaces while translating ideas into high-quality 3D renders and detailed design solutions. The role combines creative design thinking with technical visualization skills to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning solutions.
- Prepare design presentations and client proposals.
- Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic visualizations.
- Produce high-quality interior renders, walkthroughs, and design perspectives.
- Prepare furniture layouts, material palettes, and design detailing.
- Work on residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury projects.
- Coordinate with architects, execution teams, and vendors to ensure design feasibility.
- Assist in selection of materials, finishes,
lighting, and décor elements.
- Translate design intent into technical drawings and execution-ready details.
- Modify designs and renders based on client feedback.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and visualization techniques.
Required Skills:
- Robust design sensibility and space planning skills
- Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona / Lumion, Photoshop
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture detailing
- Rendering and post-production skills
- Ability to create presentation-quality visuals
- Attention to detail and creativity
Preferred Qualification:
