1. 5 8 years of experience in Localization Project Management.
2. Strong client-facing/stakeholder management experience.
3. Experience managing end-to-end localization projects rather than only coordination.
4. Hands-on exposure to CAT tools such as Trados, MemoQ, XTM, Smartling, Phrase, etc.
5. Experience handling multilingual/global localization programs .
6. Robust ownership and ability to independently drive projects.
7. Comfortable with vendor management, resource management, and delivery management.
8. Good communication skills and experience interacting with global teams.
