About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with at least
2 years of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth by offering staffing and recruitment solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for permanent, contract, and executive hiring services.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and workforce challenges.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close staffing contracts.




- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding and account management.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and client information using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum
2 years of business development experience in the staffing or recruitment industry

- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing services (Permanent, Contract, RPO, Executive Search).
