Role Description
The Senior Business Development Executive will lead revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding NeuroML.ai’s client base. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored solutions across AI, software, and automation offerings, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.



The role also involves maintaining strong account relationships, collaborating with technical and marketing teams to align client needs with solutions, and tracking performance against sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, requiring regular in-person meetings and collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications
- Robust New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline building, and opportunity qualification.
- Solid understanding of Business growth strategies, with the ability to position AI, software, and automation solutions to address client needs.
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in Account Management, with a focus on long-term client relationships, upselling, and cross-selling services.
