Position: Payment and Process Specialist

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle end-to-end post-payment processes after payment confirmation from the Client Handling Team.

● Accurately mark and update payment details in the CRM system.

● Send payment confirmation and process-related emails to clients in a professional manner.

● Allocate and coordinate work with the Execution Team to ensure the timely completion of tasks.

● Update and maintain records in the Finance Module of the CRM.

● Manage store credit and refund-related activities within the CRM system.

● Negotiate with clients regarding store credits and refunds in line with company policies.

● Prepare, submit, and track Credit Note Forms and Invoice Forms.

● Perform necessary actions in the Store Credit and Refund Module of the CRM.

● Ensure proper documentation, compliance,



and closure of all assigned cases.

● Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Graduate or above from a recognized university.

● Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Confident and client-focused personality.

● Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.

● Positive organizational and coordination skills.

● Basic knowledge of CRM systems and finance processes is preferred.
