About the Role
As a ''Customer Success Manager'', you'll be the trusted advisor for our B2B clients. From onboarding and product adoption to ongoing support and renewals, you'll ensure customers receive maximum value from UnleashX.
You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end customer journey after onboarding.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
* Conduct onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs.
* Help customers understand and adopt new features.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
* Proactively check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and platform adoption.
* Monitor customer health and identify risks before they become problems.
* Collect customer feedback and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
* Drive customer retention, renewals, and long-term account growth.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where relevant.
