Job Summary
Labotek Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the Senior Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing operations, lead generation, client coordination, billing support, documentation, and business development activities. The role requires robust organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Business Development
- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies.
- Generate and qualify leads through online portals, market research, networking, and databases.
- Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Support business development activities by coordinating with prospective clients.
Billing & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain billing records, invoices, and payment trackers.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for billing submissions and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain marketing documentation, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Ensure proper filing and record management of all marketing-related documents.
Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients regarding quotations, proposals, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and maintain communication between clients and internal teams.
- Address routine customer queries and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and business associates.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Accounts, Project, and Operations teams for smooth execution of business re
