Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior AI Transformation Lead to drive the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence across our software engineering organization. This role will lead the transformation of how our teams design, develop, test, deploy, and operate a cloud-based oncology SaaS platform deployed on AWS and used by cancer patients, clinicians, and healthcare providers worldwide.
The successful candidate will partner with Engineering, Product, Quality Assurance, DevOps, Architecture, Security, and Leadership teams to implement AI-enabled software development practices, improve engineering productivity, accelerate delivery, enhance software quality, and establish AI governance in a regulated medical device setting.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role requiring deep understanding of modern software engineering, AI technologies, developer productivity, quality engineering, and organizational change management.

Job Description
Position Duties:
- Define and execute the AI transformation roadmap for the software engineering organization.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure AI adoption and business impact.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows across engineering teams.
- Enable developers to leverage AI for coding, code reviews, documentation, debugging, refactoring, architecture design, and knowledge sharing.
