We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Intern to support the Director leading the Data & AI Business Unit across delivery management, pre-sales coordination, business operations, and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to the consulting, delivery, and business side of Data & AI projects while working closely with leadership.

Responsibilities
- Delivery & Project Coordination
- Support in tracking ongoing Data & AI project activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for status updates and follow-ups
- Assist in maintaining project trackers, dashboards, and reports
- Help in documentation and meeting notes for delivery reviews
- Track action items and ensure timely closure
- Pre-Sales & Business Support
- Assist in proposal creation, presentations, and pre-sales documentation
- Support in preparing capability decks, case studies,



and client materials
- Conduct market and competitor research related to Data & AI trends
- Coordinate with delivery and sales teams for required inputs
- Support in RFP/RFI documentation activities
- Reporting & Operational Support
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and status summaries
- Maintain data related to resource planning and project tracking
- Support leadership in business unit operational activities
- Organize and maintain business documents and trackers
- Strategic & Research Support
- Research industry trends in AI, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Cloud technologies
- Support in internal initiatives related to process improvement and business growth
- Assist in preparing business insights and management presentations

Qualifications
- MBA / Btec / Engineering / Management background preferred
- Prior internship/project experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or coordi
