Job Summary
The Senior Purchase Executive will be responsible for procurement of construction materials required for high-rise residential projects. The role involves vendor management,
quotation analysis, purchase order processing, material planning, and coordination with project teams to ensure uninterrupted project execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction procurement, strong negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of material sourcing within the real estate industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Material Planning
- Procure construction materials as per project requirements and approved purchase plans.
- Ensure timely availability of materials at project sites to avoid construction delays.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning, and Store teams to understand material requirements.
- Monitor procurement schedules and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries.
Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain competitive quotations and prepare comparative statements.
