Role & responsibilities :
- Participate in the planning, design development, test and troubleshoot of PLC Programs.
- Support integration of sensors, servo drives, vision systems, and robotics with PLCs.
- Document software architecture, I/O lists, control logic, and safety interlocks.
- Develop HMI/SCADA interfaces
- Read, interpret, and generate electrical and control schematics.
- Collaborate with hardware design teams to integrate control systems with mechanical/electrical
- subsystems.
- Perform system integration, commissioning, and support at customer sites. Troubleshoot system
- faults, optimize logic for performance and cycle-time improvements.
- Analyze existing automation systems for efficiency and reliability improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
- Prepare and review technical documentation (URS, FDS, FAT/SAT protocols).




- Ensure compliance with safety standards (e.g., IEC 61508, ISO 13849).

Preferred candidate profile :
- Expertise in PLCs: Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, Mitsubishi GX Works, Allen Bradley
- etc.
- HMI/SCADA development: WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, etc.
- Motion control, VFDs, PID tuning.
- Network protocols: Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, Profibus.
- Electrical panel design and safety interlocks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead medium to large automation projects.
- Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams and international environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 standards, IIoT integration, and digital twins.
- Willingness to travel for commissioning and support (domestic/international).
