Role Description
The Civil Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for overseeing civil works related to solar installations and associated infrastructure. This role includes supervising daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and technical teams, and ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The Civil Site Supervisor monitors quality of materials and workmanship, conducts regular inspections,



and addresses any site issues to keep projects on schedule. The role involves maintaining transparent communication with project managers, preparing basic reports on progress and site conditions, and supporting adherence to environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision, including managing on-site teams and coordinating daily activities.
- Candidates should possess proven On Site execution capabilities and familiarity with civil construction practices for solar or infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including the ability to inspect work, verify compliance with standards, and ensure safe, reliable structures.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with contractors, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering
