Role Description
The DFT Engineer will be responsible for planning, implementing,



and verifying design-for-test structures for complex SoCs and ASICs in alignment with project and product requirements. Day-to-day activities include developing DFT architecture, inserting scan, BIST, and boundary scan, performing ATPG, analyzing fault coverage and pattern efficiency, and driving improvements in testability and yield. The role involves close collaboration with RTL design, physical design, and verification teams to ensure seamless integration of DFT features and to resolve issues related to timing, area, and power. The DFT Engineer will also prepare test documentation, support bring-up and debug on silicon, and contribute to methodology and flow enhancements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
- Strong DFT skills, including scan insertion, boundary scan, MBIST/LBIST, and ATPG for stuck-at, transition, and path delay faults.
