Key Responsibilities :

* Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.

* Ensure production targets are achieved within the given time. Manage and supervise production workers and allocate work accordingly.

* Monitor the production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.

* Maintain production records, reports, and daily production data. Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and customer requirements.

* Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments. Identify and resolve production-related issues and machine breakdowns. Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.

* Follow and enforce safety rules,



company policies, and SOPs. Monitor wastage and take necessary steps to reduce production losses. Train and guide workers regarding work procedures and safety practices.

* Check attendance, discipline, and performance of workers. Report production performance, issues, and delays to the Production Manager.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Required experience : 3 - 4 years

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
