We're looking for a
Databricks Solution Architect
who enjoys solving complex data challenges, designing scalable cloud-native architectures, and working closely with customers to deliver real business value.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-scale data platforms using Databricks Lakehouse Architecture.
- Architect modern Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Streaming, and AI/ML solutions.




- Lead customer discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical architectures.
- Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Build Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
- Optimize Spark workloads for performance and cost.
- Design secure, governed data platforms.
- Implement Unity Catalog and Delta Lake best practices.
- Work with delivery teams throughout implementation.
- Mentor Data Engineers and establish engineering standards.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and executive leadership.

Must Have Qualifications
- 8+ years in Data Engineering
- 3+ years designing Databricks solutions
- Solid Apache Spark expertise
- Delta Lake
- Unity Catalog
- Databricks Workflows
- Structured Streaming

- Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional
- Databricks Certified Solution Architect
- Azure Data Engineer Associate
