Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiter / Recruiting Manager. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and qualifying IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.



Daily responsibilities include working with job boards and qualified networks, maintaining and marketing bench consultants, coordinating interviews, negotiating compensation, and managing offer closures. The position also requires building and maintaining strong candidate and client relationships, tracking recruitment metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to meet staffing goals and timelines. The person in this role is expected to stay updated on market trends, compliance requirements, and best practices in US IT staffing.
