About the Role

Urban Portico is seeking a dynamic and relationship-oriented Architect to join our team as a Business Development Architect. This role is ideal for architects who enjoy networking, meeting clients, and identifying recent business opportunities while leveraging their architectural knowledge.

The candidate will be responsible for expanding our client network, building relationships with architects, developers, builders, and consultants, and generating new landscape design and execution projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for landscape design and execution projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, builders, contractors, PMC firms, and corporate clients.
- Visit architecture firms, developers, construction sites, and ongoing projects to introduce Urban Portico's services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals, presentations,



and fee quotations.
- Follow up with clients from enquiry to project award.
- Maintain a database of leads, meetings, and project opportunities.
- Represent Urban Portico at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and seminars.
- Gather market intelligence on upcoming projects and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the execution and design teams to ensure smooth client handover after project award.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- 1–5 years of experience in architecture, business development, client relations, or marketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication and networking skills may also apply.
