Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in domestic and international markets. You will be responsible for bringing on board international clients for Employer of Record (EOR) and global recruitment services, as well as domestic Indian clients for Outsourced Payroll Management and placement services.

Key Responsibilities
- International Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard global clients requiring EOR (Employer of Record) and international workforce recruitment solutions.
- Domestic Business Growth: Target and secure Indian corporate clients for outsourced payroll management, staffing, and placement agency services.
- End-to-End Sales Pipeline: Lead market research, cold outreach, client presentations, contract negotiations, and final onboarding.




- Account Management: Maintain robust relationships with onboarded clients to ensure service satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
- Strategic Ownership: Take complete accountability for monthly and quarterly revenue targets, contributing directly to the company's expansion strategy.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience & Education
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven track record in business development specifically within International Recruitment, EOR, Payroll Management, or Placement Agencies & HRMS software sales.
- Education: A masters degree (MBA in Marketing/International Business or HR) is highly preferred.
- Proven Achievements: A demonstrated history of successfully onboarding international EOR/recruitment clients and Indian payroll/staffing clients.
