Role Description
The Technical Sales Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for driving adoption of autobotAI’s platform by combining technical expertise with consultative sales skills. Day-to-day activities include engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their cloud, security, and operations workflows,



delivering product demos, and designing solution architectures that meet their requirements. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to prepare proposals, respond to technical questions, and participate in discovery calls and proof-of-concept engagements. The Technical Sales Engineer will provide technical support during the sales cycle, assist with onboarding and best practices, and gather customer feedback to inform product improvements. This role also includes creating and maintaining technical documentation, enablement materials, and use-case examples to support internal teams and customers.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills, including solution consulting and pre-sales support.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills focused on opportunity qualification, pipeline support, and customer relationship management.
