The Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to anchor the delivery layer of our practice from our Kochi office. This is a pivotal role - you will sit between the team leads and the articles and interns, translating engagement strategy into executed work. You will be client-facing, hands-on with the numbers, and responsible for the quality of what leaves the desk. If you enjoy owning deliverables end to end and mentoring a younger team while doing so, this role is built for you.

What You Will Do
- Act as the bridge between team leads,



article assistants, and interns - allocating work, reviewing outputs, and keeping engagements on track.
- Lead and execute Virtual CFO engagements including MIS, budgeting, cash-flow management, and monthly financial reporting.
- Build and review financial models, valuations, and projections to a standard fit for investors and boards.
- Run financial and business due diligence across buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Support fundraising and transaction advisory work - information memoranda, teasers, data rooms, and deal documentation.
- Interface directly with clients, understand their requirements, and communicate deliverables with clarity and confidence.
- Review the work of articles and interns, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and zero-error output before sign-off.
- Coordinate with internal team leads to ensure timelines, quality, and client expectations are consistently met.
