Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Noida, focused on supporting talent acquisition for CADWORKS LEARNING and other edtech-related positions. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection for various academic, content, technical, and support roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job advertisements on relevant platforms, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, updating applicant tracking systems, organizing recruitment drives or campus outreach, and supporting onboarding activities. Collaboration with HR and leadership teams to refine hiring strategies and contribute to employer branding in the edtech and engineering learning space is an important aspect of this position.





Qualifications
- Robust skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting structured interviews for diverse roles in edtech or related domains.
- Experience in coordinating end-to-end recruitment cycles, including job posting, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and online job portals; comfortable working with MS Office tools for reporting.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, understand role requirements, and provide recruitment insights aligned with business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple requisitions at once.
