Role & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and manufacturing positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews with technical panels and department heads.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate walk-in drives, campus hiring initiatives, and recruitment events.
- Negotiate compensation packages and support the offer rollout process.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Support onboarding activities and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.





Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 14 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, automotive, or industrial recruitment will be preferred.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Experience in handling bulk hiring and walk-in drives.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
