Role Description
The Junior Psychologist will support the design and delivery of animal-assisted therapy sessions for children, adults, and senior citizens in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This is a full-time,



on-site role that involves conducting intake interviews, assisting in psychological assessments, and co-facilitating individual and group sessions alongside therapy animals and senior therapists. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and documenting treatment plans, maintaining clinical records, monitoring client progress, and ensuring ethical, secure, and inclusive practice. The Junior Psychologist will collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and corporate partners, contribute to psychoeducation and workshops, and participate in case discussions and supervision. The role also includes helping refine AAI protocols, supporting program evaluation, and engaging in ongoing professional development.
