A team of 200 to 250 needs more than valuable intentions when it comes to people processes. We are looking for a sharp, compliance-minded HR professional to build our HR function from the ground up: policies, statutory compliance, and structure that scales.

About the Company

Kosmetics Lane is a vertically integrated manufacturer of hospitality amenities and wellness products, operating under two distinct brand umbrellas: Forisca (conscious wellness) and Noriva (structured sustainable essentials). Founded in May 2020 and headquartered in Greater Noida, we supply premium and mid-scale hospitality clients, airlines, and wellness brands across 25+ countries, with a team of 200 to 250 and a fully in-house manufacturing setup.

This is not a maintenance role. HR at Kosmetics Lane today runs on instinct and goodwill. You will be the first dedicated HR hire, building policy, compliance, and process for a 200 to 250-person manufacturing team from a blank page.

What You Will Own





HR Policy & Structure Building

Design and implement HR policies, the employee handbook, and SOPs from scratch

Build core HR systems: attendance, leave, and performance review frameworks

Establish disciplinary, grievance, and code of conduct policies

Create scalable processes fit for a growing manufacturing team

Statutory Compliance & Labour Law

Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and statutory regulations

Maintain statutory registers, filings, and renewals on schedule

Liaise with auditors, legal consultants, and labour authorities as needed

Track labour law amendments and update policy accordingly

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end hiring: job postings, screening, interviews, offer rollout

Run structured onboarding, induction, and joining documentation

Maintain an active hiring pipeline across departments

Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs
