Position Summary

The Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, developing strategic business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role involves leading the sales function, identifying current market opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The position will play a key role in expanding Mtough's and Jetflex’s presence in domestic and international markets for PP woven bags, BOPP laminated bags, woven fabrics, Pouches, laminates and flexible packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development
- Develop new customers across India and international markets.
- Identify opportunities in Agriculture, Seeds, Fertilizers, Animal Feed,



Food Processing, Rice, Flour, Sugar, Chemicals, Construction Materials, and Industrial Packaging.
- Generate qualified leads through customer visits, networking, referrals, exhibitions, digital platforms, and industry associations.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare business development strategies for assigned territories.

2. Sales Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase sales volume, profitability, and market share.
- Prepare annual sales plans and revenue forecasts.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Drive profitable business growth while maintaining company pricing policies.

3. Key Account Management
- Develop long-term relationships with strategic customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business review meetings.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional product lines.
