Role Description
The Ecommerce Specialist is a full time hybrid role based in Manjeri, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on managing and optimizing Amazon and other e-commerce marketplace operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog accuracy.



Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and overall revenue. The specialist will support customer service activities related to orders, returns, and product inquiries, ensuring a positive buyer experience. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with internal teams and partners, maintaining compliance with marketplace policies, assisting in the creation of training materials or best-practice guides, and contributing to continuous improvement of FOK Academy’s e-commerce processes.

Qualifications
- Strong ecommerce foundation, including experience with E-Commerce platforms and familiarity with Amazon marketplace operations.
- Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
